During the mission phase of more than one year, DSP measured many behaviours of the high-energy electrons (0.2-10Mev) in near earth space within magnetic storm. The observation reveals the variant characteristics of the high-energy electron in magnetosphere during storm. Relevant conclusion is that: (1). TC-2 data on 8 November of 2004 showed that the flux of the electrons whose energy are 0.2-0.4Mev gradually increase from day to day during storm. But, the flux of the electrons whose energy are 0.4-10Mev abruptly increase during storm, it can gain higher flux at 2-3 orders in several hours. It is to form a harmful space environment for the equipments on some spacecrafts. (2). TC-1 data on 20 January of 2005 showed that there is a burst region of high-energy electron at dayside magnetopause. The scale of the region in which the electron energy range is 0.2-0.4 Mev is much wider the electron flux change more slowly. The scale of the region in which the electron energy range is 0.4-10 Mev is thinner. The electron flux change 2 orders in 10 minutes. It is to form a relativistic electron bulk whose width is from 220km to 450km.
