We present the results of deep optical imaging and spectroscopy of archival Chandra sources with intermediate fluxes (>1e-15 erg/cm2/sec). 267 Chandra sources were detected in 5 archival fields, with 106 spectroscopic IDs obtained using Magellan and the VLT. The survey is designed to fill the gap between deep, narrow surveys like CDF-N/S and broad, shallow surveys like CHAMP. We discuss the fraction of obscured sources, their redshift distribution, and their overall optical properties. Two high redshift, x-ray selected AGN with z> 4 were found.
