Based on a preliminary analysis of 1.01 fiducial kiloton-years of Soudan 2 data, the authors measure (track/shower)measured / (track/shower)predicted = 0.64±0.17(stat)±0.09(sys). They discuss the implications of a neutrino oscillation interpretation of the atmospheric neutrino anomaly.
