At small angular scales, the microwave sky is expected to be dominated by secondary anisotropies produced by the interaction of the cosmic microwave background photons with structures in the universe, as well as by emission from extragalactic radio and infrared sources. The secondary anisotropies include gravitational lensing and the thermal and kinetic Sunyaev Zeldovich effects. Measurements of the distinctive non-Gaussian signatures of these different contributions should enable determinations of properties of the intergalactic medium and the amplitude of matter fluctuations. We will present basic methods and prospects for the Atacama Cosmology Telescope.
