Venera-9 and Venera-10 data on the flow circulation of the solar wind behind Venus are examined. The structure of the boundary between inner and outer plasma streams observed in the Venera plasma measurements is investigated. Results reveal an asymmetry of the plasma circulation behind Venus; it is suggested that this asymmetry is associated with the orientation of the interplanetary magnetic field.
