We present evidence of the indigenous nature of the H2O in
the lunar volcanic glasses from Apollo 15. A degassing model to all the
volatile concentration profiles (H2O, F, S, Cl) suggests an
initial concentration for H2O unexpectedly high, ~ 750 ppm.
