An N abundance of +0.6 and a C-12/C-13 ratio of 10 were determined for 9 Boo while an N abundance of -0.1 and a C-12/C-13 ratio of 12 were determined for Rho Boo. The high lithium abundance in the atmosphere of 9 Boo together with the low C/N and C-12/C-13 ratios may be interpreted as a consequence of lithium synthesis in the stellar interior during the helium core flash stage.
