Abell 1882 is a clump of three or four galaxy groups that will likely collapse into a galaxy cluster. Unlike super-clusters, this ``super-group'' is an excellent laboratory to study how galaxies are pre-processed by the group environment before they settle into their tranquil lives inside galaxy clusters. We utilize ground-based imaging and spectroscopy, as well as X-ray data for the intracluster medium to map out the local galaxy, gas, and dark matter densities. We examine how the star-formation and AGN properties of the bright galaxies are distributed. Our aim is to understand what physical mechanisms in Abell 1882 are responsible for the transformation of field-galaxies into cluster galaxies.
