The 5C 9 survey, made with the One-Mile telescope at Cambridge, has a field center at right ascension 05 hr 00 min, declination + 88 deg 30 min (1950.0). It covers an area of about 4 deg in diameter at 408 MHz to a limiting flux density of 20 mJy and a concentric area about 1 deg in diameter at 1407 MHz. The survey was undertaken to provide flux densities for a study of the distribution of spectral indices of weak radio sources near the North Celestial Pole; the positions and flux densities of 214 sources are listed. The source counts are consistent with those derived from previous 5C surveys.
