Scientific paper
High resolution neutron capture measurements of 56Fe and 60Ni were
performed with total energy detectors in the energy range 1-200 keV. The
data have been used to derive the Maxwellian-averaged cross sections for
thermal energies around kT=30 keV, corresponding to the mean temperature
of the s-process of stellar nucleosynthesis.
