Based on 14 million ψ(2S) events collected with BESII detector at BEPC, the results on branching fractions of ψ(2S) decays into 10 vector-pseudoscalar (preliminary), 4 vector-tensor and 1 pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar meson final states are reported. The ratios of branching fractions of J/ψ and ψ(2S) decays for these channels are given to test the pQCD 12% rule. The form factors (preliminary) for e+e- → ωπ0, ρη, ρη' are measured at the center-of-mass energies √ {s}=3650,3686 and 3773 MeV.
