From cross-correlating the TYCHO-2 and IRAS catalogs we have found a sample of previously unknown warm IR excess stars. Warm IR excess emission at these stars is analogous to our Sun's zodiacal dust and is likely due to terrestrial planet building processes. Some of the most interesting dusty stars previously revealed by IRAS and Spitzer are characterized by warm excess emission. Now we propose to perform follow-up observations to help constrain the nature of the dust around our nearby sample of new excess stars.
