The authors have studied 10Be during the period 1200 - 1800
A.D. including the so-called Maunder minimum (1640 - 1715 A.D.). First
measurements on an Antarctic ice core by Raisbeck et al. (1981) showed
evidence for enhanced 10Be production rate during the Maunder
minimum.
