The method for evaluation of temperature distribution in the Moon's mantle from seismic data was developed on the basis of depth gradient of minimization of concentrations of main rock-forming oxides. The correlation between profiles of temperature, oxide concentration, and experimental velocities of seismic waves was studied, and the ranges of possible temperatures in the Moon's mantle were found. Temperature distribution in the Moon's mantle is well fitted by an exponential dependence.
