We present a computational circuit which realizes contextually the Tele-UNOT
gate and the universal optimal quantum cloning machine (UOQCM). We report the
experimental realization of the probabilistic UOQCM with polarization encoded
qubits. This is achieved by combining on a symmetric beam-splitter the input
qubit with an ancilla in a fully mixed state.
