Based on the history of STIS, an electronics failure on the ACS Main
Electronic Board, side 1 (MEB1) currently being used could possibly
occur at some point. This note describes steps to be taken to switch
over to MEB2, the redundant side, including detector startup procedures
and recalibration requirements.
