We have made CO J=2-1 line observations toward selected Galactic Supernova Remnants (SNRs), using the University of Tokyo-Nobeyama Radio Observatory 60 cm radio telescope. The possibility of interaction between the SNRs and their ambient molecular clouds are examined in terms of positional and velocity coincidence, the enhancement of far infrared (FIR) intensity, and high CO J=2-1/J=1-0 intensity ratio. Of eight SNRs observed on trial, three were selected to be mapped extensively. In these mapping observations, examples of molecular clouds interacting with a SNR were newly found. Six molecular clumps around G89.0+4.7 (HB21) show FIR enhancement. One clump toward G78.2+2.1 (W66) shows an abrupt velocity shift and a high CO J=2-1/J=1-0 intensity ratio. A giant molecular cloud crossing G39.7-2.0 (W50) also shows a marked velocity shift at the boundary of the SNR.
