Using the method of calculation of sectionally continuous functions the
analytical dependencies of temperature and radii of the substars on the
interval 10^{6}-10^{9} years were obtained. The results of Planck
emission fluxes calculations of substars visible to millimeter
wavelength radiation are presented.
