We are developing a set of spectroscopic databases (spectra, absorption coefficients, optical constants, band lists, …) that will concern laboratory data of UV-to-FIR transmission spectroscopy, UV-to-NIR bidirectional reflection spectroscopy as well as Raman and Fluorescence micro-spectroscopies. The materials concerned are ices, organics, minerals or meteoritic and planetary analogue materials, depending on the type of measurements. In addition a database on the physical properties of molecular solids will critically compile the bibliographic laboratory and theoretical data on the physical properties of molecular solids (ices, organics). A data model for laboratory experiments of spectroscopy of solids has been implemented and the transmission spectroscopy database is currently under development at LPG.
