Stellar structures with extreme relativistic cores are considered (dP/d rho = 1 and 1/3). Central redshifts are calculated for the case of polytropic envelopes. It is found that the structures are pulsationally stable for Zc not greater than 1.43 when the polytropic index n = 1; for n less than 1, it is possible to obtain a central redshift of 4.75 for pulsationally stable structures. The mass of neutron stars is calculated, assuming the surface density to be 2 x 10 to the 14th g/cu cm; a maximum mass of 4.7 solar masses is obtained.
