Results of 3D numerical gasdynamical simulation of the common envelope around a semidetached binary star are presented. Interaction of the accretion disk and the bow shock leads to periodical ejections of excessive matter from the accretion disk and halo into the common envelope through a vicinity of Lagrangian point L3. The ejected matter forms the common envelope of the binary system. The common envelope consists of three parts: a dense spiral-like stream from L3 point that transforms into a fragmented ring located at distances of 5-10 separations which then turns at larger distances into diffuse disk. The phase and inclination dependence of the continuum optical depth are estimated and synthetic light curves are shown. According to the results of the simulation, the common envelope is optically thick for binaries with mass transfer rate above 10-8 Msol yr-1 at inclinations within +/-5° near equatorial plane.
