Some general cosmological aspects of a string-modified 4D gravity theory
comprising gravity, electromagnetism, a dilaton field, and a Kalb-Ramond
field proposed by Gegenberg (1989) are discussed. It is found that
particle creation is influenced by the presence of dilaton and
Kalb-Ramond fields.
