We present the first realization of Stochastic TDHF, a theory which goes
beyond pure mean-field dynamics, embracing dissipation as well as fluctuations.
Applications to heavy-ion collisions in the Fermi energy domain are given and
analyzed in terms of dissipative features and Intermediate Mass Fragment
production.
