In Cycle 4 we obtained WFPC2 images of a portion of the OB association NGC 206 in M31 for the purpose of determining the Initial Mass Function of the intermediate mass stars. In this program we are obtaining a background field in order to be able to subtract, statistically, stars in the NGC 206 field that are not members of the association. This is necessary in order to determine a true IMF of the association.
