Predictions are presented for occultations by Saturn's rings for 136 stars during the period 30 September 1985 through 15 December 1991, except for a few brief periods in 1988-1991. The Space Telescope will be particularly well suited to observe these stellar occultations in the optical spectrum because its small focal-plane aperture affords the opportunity to observe stars fainter than possible with ground-based instruments.
