This, possibly the final paper of this series, presents observations of 404 phenomena preceded by some general remarks of a retrospective nature. The format is the same as that adopted for previous contributions in the series. Data for 20 doubles or suspected doubles are presented, ranked as before in order of certainty, with designation 3 representing the surest. Thirteen of the cases refer to stars not previously noted as doubles. Seven determinations of angular diameters are presented, of which three have been previously observed.
