Five and seven passband colour catalogues in the direction of the Chandra Deep Field South are constructed, from previously published single passband catalogues. A method to perform Star-Galaxy separation is presented. Additionally, methods are presented to pick-up QSO and compact galaxies, which are also point sources. The tables present the final 5 and 7 passband catalogues for the objects considered as stars (tables 3 and 4), QSOs (tables 5 and 6) and compact galaxies (tables 7 and 8). All tables contain: the name of the object, Right Ascension and Declination, magnitudes and error for, respectively, 5 or 7 passbands. The last column(s) lists the assigned spectral type for the stellar catalogues, photometric redshift for the QSO catalogues, and galaxy type and photometric redshift for the compact galaxies catalogues.
