Error Reduction Ratio analysis produced a surprising result for the solar wind parameters that control the high energy electron fluxes at GSO. It was shown that the solar wind velocity and density are the mist influential parameters. However their relative role changes with energy range. A statistical study that shows effects of solar wind density, velocity and other solar wind parameters on the daily averaged fluxes of energetic electrons at GSO is presented.
