Radio interferometers sensitive to structures with an angular scale of less than 1 arc/s were used to investigate the frequency of occurrence of compact emitting regions within radio sources of high total luminosity. The frequency of occurrence of such structures varies as a result of flux density. Drift and tracking observations were made at 408 MHz of 713 and 385 sources, respectively. A summary of the results is presented, including: measurements of median flux density, range of flux density, number of sources, and an astronomical catalog reference. Attention is given to linear size evolution in conjunction with red shift.
