The outputs of SPOrt radiometer present different statistical properties. The determination of the statistics of SPOrt radiometer outputs allows the determination of the maximum likelihood estimator for the best possible estimation of the signals. In the data processing 1/f instrumental noise can be eliminated through the technique of circulant matrices. .
