Results are presented of a statistical analysis of the Ar-37 production rate time variations in the Cl-Ar detector used by Davis et al. (1990) in a solar neutrino experiment. The correlation coefficients of neutrino fluxes and some characteristics of solar activity were determined. A method was developed for signal selection at small signal/noise ratio and for determining the significance levels of individual peaks in the spectrum. Results revealed presence of three significant peaks (113.8, 55.6, and 26.6 months) in the spectral density of Ar-37 production rate.
