The algorithms for detection and estimation of onset moments of seismic waves are given. The seismic phases and the noise are approximated by some autoregression processes whose parameters are adapted to the change of signals with time. The a priori information about seismic phases based on preliminary analysis is taken into account. The algorithms can be applied to both P-wave and S-wave signals.
