In this note an exact solution of Brans-Dicke field equations corresponding to a distribution of disordered radiation with plane symmetry is obtained. The physical and geometrical properties of the model have been discussed. Finally, through unit transformations given by Morganstern (1971), the solutions have been transformed to a general form of the Brans-Dicke theory.
