Scientific paper

The paper examines the Stark profiles of hydrogen lines in a plasma with a high level of electrostatic noise. The noise spectrum is assumed to be isotropic, while the electrostatic field distribution is given in the form of Holtsmark and Rayleigh distributions. The asymptotic properties of the distribution of electric microfields in a turbulent plasma are studied. The Stark profiles of H alpha and H beta Balmer lines are calculated.
