This paper describes the program SPIDER, which computes x and y coordinates from right ascension and declination of objects listed in a file for positioning fibers on the star plate used at the Cassegrain focal plane of BAO 2.16 m telescope. In this program, the effects of atmospheric refraction, atmospheric dispersion, distortion at Cassegrain focal plane, air mass, temperature and pressure etc. have been considered.
