General Relativity: Gravitation
Scientific paper
In the context of Galilei general relativistic classical and quantum mechanics the author finds the spherically symmetric exact solution, giving a result of existence and uniqueness. From the classical viewpoint, this solution yields a geometrical interpretation of Newton's gravitation law in terms of a connection on spacetime with nonvanishing curvature. Moreover, within his covariant geometric approach to the quantum theory, he finds out that from the physical viewpoint there is only one quantum model for a spinless particle in a spherically symmetric gravitational field.
