The nature of the highest ultra-high energy cosmic rays (UHECR) is an important issue in the modern astroparticle physics. One of the crucial component of an UHECR propagation model is magnetic field. The spectrum of turbulence of extragalactic magnetic field on the scales from few to 100 Mpc is reconstructed on the basis of the IRAS PSCz catalogue and compared with commonly assumed Kolmogorov spectrum. Taking into account the power dependence between the densities of galactic luminosities and the magnetic field energy, the cumulative filling factor of the magnetic field is also found.
