Results from several collaborative, optical spectral classification programs on OB stars in the 30 Doradus ionizing cluster and surrounding region will be shown. The data are from fiber-optics, multiple-object systems at the AAT and the CTIO 4m, and from the HST/FOS in very compact clusters. Numerous spectra of special interest have been found, including new O3, ZAMS O, Onfp, OBN/OBC, and LBV types. In addition to identifying exceptional objects for subsequent astrophysical investigation, these programs will contribute to understanding of massive stellar evolution and global structure in this paradigm starburst region.
