This paper analyses the frequency spectra of the linearly polarized radiation passing through magnetoactive plasmas with random irregularities both in electron density and in magnetic field. The parabolic equations and the formalism of Feynman trajectory integrals are used. The propagation effects arising due to the spatial separation of observation points are considered. It is shown that the dependence of the fluctuation spectrum on baseline is periodical at low frequencies and it is different in plasmas with electron density irregularities and with random magnetic fields; there is no such dependence at high frequencies.
