The paper presents measurements of electric field and particle fluxes
from the Intercosmos-Bulgaria-1300 satellite in a diffuse-radio-echo
region in the E layer observed simultaneously by STARE and PGI radars.
The altitude-latitude distributions of electron density at E-layer
heights were calculated from the particle-flux measurements.
