Results of measurements of the spatial distribution function, Q(R), of the Cerenkov radiation of EAS with energies of 7 x 10 exp 15 - 3 x 10 exp 19 eV are presented. Local Q(R) indices, based on different power-law approximations at different distance ranges from the EAS axis, are compared with the calculated values. A change in the form of Q(R) at energies greater than 10 exp 18 eV is identified.
