The present statistical analysis of average sizes of photographic and radar meteor orbits disproves the contention regarding the existence of 'stable' and 'nonstable' quantum levels in the sun's gravitational field. The distribution of meteors according to the magnitude of the orbital semimajor axis, and polygons of observed distributions of semimajor axes of sporadic meteor orbits are presented.
