The paper presents an analysis of wave-packet spectra of Pc1 pulsations
observed simultaneously on GEOS-1 and a location on Iceland on Sept. 2,
1977. It is found that the carrier frequencies of the signals on GEOS-1
and the ground do not coincide, and their difference is equal to 0.04
Hz. Possible causes of this divergence are examined.
