An arbitrary, static, spherically symmetric distribution of a charged perfect fluid is considered. The surface of a sphere of radius R is the bounding surface. Radial motion can take place. A mathematical and physical method is presented of determining explicit analytical interior solutions of the Einstein-Maxwell field equations of a static perfect fluid sphere with charge. The new formulas are then used in rederiving certain known results as particular solutions.
