The solar radio flux at 2800 MHz from Ottawa during 1947 - 1990 has been used to make linear correlation with dL/dt, the rate of change of the angular momentum of the Sun around the center of mass of the solar system. A coefficient of correlation, 0.822 with a confidence level far higher than 99.9% is found, when the time lag τ ≡ 2 - 3 years. In the same period of time the linear coefficient of correlation of the relative sunspot number with dL/dt is 0.829 with a confidence level far higher than 99.9%.
