Solar events in the optical, radio, and X-ray ranges during July 1982 are examined. Data are presented on the behavior of the ionosphere and geomagnetic disturbances during this month under the effects of solar activity. Meteor-satellite observations of intensity variations of solar cosmic rays at energies exceeding 5 MeV and of galactic cosmic rays at energies exceeding 90 MeV are analyzed along with Moscow data on intensity variations of the neutron component of cosmic rays.
