A detailed solar-geophysical index for 1988-1989 is presented. Data for March 1989 includes: (1) International Ursigram and World Days Service (IUWDS) alert periods (advance and worldwide); (2) solar activity indices; (3) solar flares; (4) solar radio emission; and (5) Stanford mean solar magnetic field. Data for February 1989 includes: (1) solar active regions; (2) sudden ionospheric disturbances; (3) solar radio spectral observations; (4) geomagnetic indices; (5) cosmic ray measurements by neutron monitor; and (6) radio propagation indices. Other data includes: (1) H-alpha solar synoptic charts 1809-1810 for Nov-Dec 88; (2) cosmic rays (Huancayo) Jan 89; (3) geomagnetic sudden commencements/solar flare effects Jan 89; (4) Pioneer 12 interplanetary magnetic field magnitudes July 88; (5) Pioneer 12 solar wind data for Jan-Dec 88; and (6) March special event data.
