Measurement and control of soil moisture is a common requirement in aqriculture. Available methods for measurement of soil content are gravimetric, nuclear, electrical, soil potantial methods. İn this work, we have tried to fabricate soil moisture tools with resistive, capasitive sensors and electronic unites. Stainless steel. lime and pvc material has been used for sensors production. We have investigated the moisture sensing characteristics. Soil moisture has been measured at laboratory and field and than data has been used for mathematical formulation and tools calibration. Gravimetric measurement is used in a simple way for exerimental calibration. As result, Prototyp has been made of optimum condition. .
