Six years of differential UBV photoelectric photometry of this G5 IV SB1 RS CVn binary is presented. Periodogram analysis yields a photometric period of either 1d.95 or 2d.04, but it is shown that the latter is an alias. There were season-to-season variations in the photometric period (by ˜1%), the light-curve amplitude (0m.07 - 0m.20), and the mean light level (by ˜10%) not correlated with each other. The mean value P(phtm.) = 1d.945±0d.005 is so close to P(orb.) = 1d.9472 that the authors conclude the G5 IV star is rotating synchronously.
