Scattering of nonstationary electromagnetic fields from axially symmetrical
bodies is numerically investigated. Simulations are performed using the time-
and frequency-domain approaches. Computational results obtained for a finite
perfectly conducting cylinder, perfectly conducting cone, and cone covered with
a dielectric layer are analyzed.
